Just walk in the door and get ready to relax. Each of our spacious units is beautifully decorated and fully-equipped. Yet each is unique in its size, layout and amenities. Our welcome Center Staff will make sure the unit we recommend matches the size and needs of your party. Bedding (combinations of king, queen, twin, sleeper sofas) also vary by unit.

Note: Children under age five are not counted in the maximum occupancy limitations listed beow. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Stated sizes (square feet) listed below are approximate and are intended only for your general reference.

Condominiums

1 bedroom: 1 bath, kitchen, living room/dining area, deck, average size 700 sq. ft,. maximum occupancy 2 guests.

2 bedroom: 2 baths, kitchen, living room/dining area, deck, average size range 1,000 - 1,300 sq. ft., maximum occupancy 4 guests.

3 bedroom: 3 baths, kitchen, living room/dining area, deck, average size 1,200 sq. ft., maximum occupancy 6 guests*

Patio Homes

3 bedroom: 3 baths, kitchen, living room, separate dining area, deck, average size 2,700 sq. ft., maximum occupancy 6 guests.

Patio homes offer larger bedrooms and living space. Some include a separate den or rec room and garage. While some patio homes offer additional living space in finished basements, the primary living/bedroom areas are on a single ground level floor making these units the best choice for those with accessinility challenges.

Townhomes

3 bedroom: 3 baths, kitchen, living room, seperate dining area, deck, average size 2,500 to sq. ft. maximum occupancy 6 guests.

Townhomes offer large bedrooms, more living space, and huge wrap around decks. Some include very special amenities such as a pool table, steam or Jacuzzi bath.

* Daily maid service is not provided. At check-in your unit will have been thoroughly cleaned and set with bed linens and towels. "Stay-Over Service," which provides linens, towels and trash removal upon request during your stay is available at an additional charge.

Charcoal grills are provided throughout the property (bring your own charcoal). You are welcome to bring your own grill, if you wish. However grilling on decks, in stairwells or within 10 feet of any structure is strictly prohibited.

Dress at Bernards Landing is very casual. Appropriate swimming attire (no cutoffs) is required for the pools and jacuzzi.
