BERNARD'S LANDING RESORT & CONFERENCE CENTER All rates are per night and include a per night Resort Amenity Fee based on type of unit. Townhome rates vary in price based on liveable square footage and additional amenities. During peak demand times a 2 or 3 night minimum may be required on our condos and patio homes. During the summer season, a 7-night minimum is required on townhomes and guests must check in on Saturday. Mini-week rates and Weekly rates are per night and apply to a stay of four to six consecutive and seven consecutive nights, respectively. Rates may vary on Special Event and Holiday weekends. Group rates, if applicable, may be provided for groups with 10 units or more. Please call for more information. All rates are subject to 5% state sales tax, 5% Franklin County occupancy tax, and a one-time Resort Facility fee is based on the size of the unit. This fee covers departure cleaning, linens and towels. All guests are subject to the Bernard’s Landing Policies & Procedures. Please take time to read them before your arrival.
