You can choose to relax on your deck, by the pool or at our sandy beach and watch the world go by. At our Club House you can swim in the Olympic type swimming pool and keep an eye on the kids at the children's pool and playground close by. Exercise in our fitness center complete with weights, stationary bikes, treadmills, and sauna. Perfect your game on one of six tennis courts, or basketball court. Head down to our marina to rent a ski-boat, pontoon, or personal water craft for a day of adventure. Just ask and we can set you up with a round of golf, an expert fishing guide, or send you off to explore other nearby attractions.

The highly acclaimed Landing Restaurant offers superb gourmet cuisine in a beautiful waterfront setting.
Bruno's is the restaurant's lake-side bar that offers The Landing's full menu in a casual outdoor atmosphere. Bruno's features live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night during the summer season and additional scheduled dates throughout the year. OIpen air in the summer and heated for the winter, Bruno's is Smth mountain Lake's premier spot to relax and enjoy some spirited fun. Also in the summer months try the Poolside Cabana Bar at the Clubhouse for hamburgers, hot dogs and your favorite beverages.The poolside cabana bar and grill will be serving from a limited lunch and dinner menu every Thur, Fri and Sat from May 24th - Sept. 2nd. It will open at 12 noon and close at 9:30 PM. *NOTE: THE POOLSIDE CABANA BAR AND GRILL WILL BE CLOSED ON JUNE 30TH*
